This year the Share and Learns pilot a new format and focus on the different Employment Rights Act 2025 ('ERA') changes throughout the year.Our first session explores the updates around industrial relations, understanding trade union recognition and the positive impacts of an organisation working closely with a trade union. This session is only for organisations who have no prior experience of working with trade unions and do not have any formal recognition agreement in place.
