Take a sacred pause from your busy week and gift yourself an evening of deep rest and renewal. This nurturing workshop is designed to cultivate the art of Letting go and Letting be — restoring your capacity for presence, resilience, and inner calm.

This slow-paced workshop gently blends the effortless practice of restorative yoga with the soothing embrace of sound healing vibrations by Kelvin Young. Sarita will guide you through a series of restorative supported poses, allowing you to surrender into each posture with ease. Meanwhile, Kelvin will lead you through a magical journey of multi-sound baths, incorporating healing crystal singing bowls, a gong, ocean sounds, etc. These harmonious sounds will envelop you, encouraging profound relaxation and rejuvenation throughout the practice.

This powerful combination of practices offers numerous benefits, including calming the nervous system, alleviating stress and anxiety, improving sleep quality, and enhancing overall well-being.

Studio will provide all the necessary props to support your comfort during the restorative yoga; feel free to bring your own or a pillowcase to cover the bolster as you wish. This workshop is suitable for everyone at all levels.
