Join the Greater Manchester Group for the latest in their 'Journey of a Master Craftsperson' series - a talk by decorative artist and restorer Phyllis Smith, who will share her journey from fine art student to specialist craftsperson working on some of the UK's most ambitious conservation projects.

Before working on the Manchester Town Hall project, Phyllis worked on a range of conservation and repair projects featuring painting styles from different periods; from Charles Jencks’ famous post-modern cosmic house, now a museum in London, to St Mary’s Church in Long Crichel in Dorset where she revived the Victorian wood graining.
