It's a way to allow your body move how it wants and it feels in the moment. There is no choreography, steps to follow, partner dancing, or movements to learn. It's about expressing yourself freely while dancing.Schedule6:00pm: Opening Circle6:15pm - 7:15pm: Dance Session7:15-7:30pm: Closing CircleVenue Entrance:Ripple Effect Studio is best accessed through the "Center Entrance" on the McGregor St side of the building. You can park near there and come through that entrance. We're to the right of the elevators, Suite #123.Guidelines:Footwear request: The studio has a great vibe, but the floors are a little more "industrial" than a typical yoga studio. To keep our feet happy and the dance flow smooth, please bring a pair of socks to wear while dancing (black ones preferred).No Talking in the dance floor. There is space to take breaks, relax, and talk to others outiside the dance floor.This is a safe, substance-free dance space.
