When we are mindful in nature, we are able to be in the present moment much quicker than if we were indoors, this is because nature offers us an abundance of beauty and our natural curiosity is heightened by the sights, sounds and smells. At the end of the session, you will experience feeling lighter, less stressed and having a sense that you have connected to something bigger than yourself. These sessions are delivered by our Natural and Cultural Health Service Partner, Lilasuri (Claire) Morris from Wild Awake Mindfulness.Join us to celebrate National Tree Week with a gentle mindfulness session among the trees. Take time to slow down, breathe deeply, and connect with the natural world through guided meditation and quiet reflection. Together we will honour the wisdom and stillness of trees and the grounding peace they offer us in return.To attend, please arrive no later than 5:55pm and meet by the park side reception.
