Aimed at ages 7 -12 years, children will explore calming mindfulness techniques all while connecting with nature and creating their own meaningful artwork. This session is led by Jessica Wilkinson from The Sea Within and takes inspiration from the current exhibition ‘Performing Trees’.Please bring weather appropriate clothing and something to drink. All art materials are provided.Please note: To attend please arrive no later than 1pm, as late arrival can be disruptive to the mindfulness practice at the start. This session is just for children; parents and guardians please feel free to look around the gallery spaces or enjoy a break in the cafe whilst you wait.Capacity is limited so unfortunately no drop-ins.
