Lunchtime Meditation Sessions

Avoid those Monday blues by joining us for a small, therapist led group meditation session in our Utopia room. Perfect for a lunch hour boost, the sessions are broken down into 3 x 20 minute sessions (12pm - 12.20pm, 12.20pm - 12.40pm, 12.40pm-1pm). You can even pre-book your lunch to enjoy afterwards too :)!

Sessions are free, open to everyone, and will include basic breathing techniques, a guide to relaxation.and a general chat and introduction to meditation!

Why meditate?
Meditation is a powerful tool that can be used to reduce stress and anxiety, increase happiness and optimism and produce a deep state of peace and wellbeing.
