Mats, blocks and blankets will be supplied but feel free to bring your own too.‘Flow continuously through a creative sequence to find a powerful connection between body and mind.'We begin with guided meditation to find a sense of grounding, followed by gentle movements to awaken the body, and then flowing into more dynamic movement patterns led by the breath.Repeating the sequence a few times over to allow for a moving meditation to unfold. Finding our strength, flexibility and balance through both the physical and energetic body.We close with guided relaxation to gather and digest the benefits of the practice.
