This session invites us to pause and ask which roles still serve us and which ones we’ve simply been carrying out of habit.The session offers a calm, facilitated space for shared reflection and conversation. The focus is on listening rather than fixing, and on creating an environment that feels respectful, held, and supportive.Listening Circles are not therapy, support groups, or debates. They are intentional spaces for people to come together, listen deeply, and share experiences if and when they wish.About the ProjectThe South Asian Listening Circles are a Manchester-based project funded by The National Lottery through Awards for All. The circles create safe, community-led spaces for honest dialogue on themes such as identity, belonging, family, gender, faith, culture, and wellbeing.
