Leading the charge is the bass-heavy crew Hostage Situation, known for their immersive sets that merge emotional depth with floor-shaking drops. With that kind of vibe as the foundation, the event is now bringing in four fresh names to expand the sonic spectrum:
Noetika — A Chicago-born, Denver-based bass producer who blends dubstep, funk and hip-hop influences into his sound design. Recently dropped the Mind Control EP, where glitchy synths and warped rhythms take you on a cerebral ride.
Wubson — A New England-based DJ/producer whose sets oscillate between punk-rock energy and bass-music heaviness. He’s broken dance floors across New England and plays with a weird, playful edge that demands attention in every crowd.
Kr3wl — New England- based DJ as well as the co-founder of Hachi, Kr3wl has more than paid his dues in the underground community throughout the years and continues to push the limits of his musical talent. With his genre blending sets Kr3wl paints a picture through sound like no other.
MARY AK — A Boston-area selector deeply rooted in bass sub-genres (dubstep, UKG, etc.). Her recent shows showcase a multi-genre approach and high-octane blend building, making her a standout addition on the lineup and a force in the underground community.
