- **Event Description**: Good Grief is a safe and reassuring space where people going through grief can talk openly and be around others. This gives the opportunity to be heard and tell their stories, or if preferred just listen to others.

Board games and jigsaws will be provided for anyone to play and get to know others, taking away some of the potential awkwardness. Details of charities and other support networks will be offered, along with someone who will be there on standby for anyone who may need counselling on the day.

Please feel free to bring in pictures, keep sakes and anything else that reminds you of your loved one/s. Friends of those experiencing grief are also welcome for that extra bit of support.

Join us every first Tuesday of the month, 7-9pm, in the Green Room.

All ages and walks of life welcome.
