Due to renovations at RMC, Forever Fit classes will relocate to the Flex Fit Studio (upper level of Arnold Motors) at 208 W. Marion St., Manchester for the month of May.

This is a fitness program designed for ages 60+. Kathy Swift, Certified Senior Fitness Specialist, will lead each class. 

What you can expect:
- Low Intensity Cardio
- Upper/Lower Body Muscle Strengthening
- Balance
- Stretching

Registration is required (Call 563-927-7311). Class size limited. The waiver and payment ($65 Punch Pass) must be completed before the first class on Tuesday, May 5th. Please bring your workout/yoga mat and a set of light weights.

**Forever Fit - Punch Pass**
We offer a $65 punch card that will give you a total of 6 Forever Fit sessions. These sessions will be of your choosing (over a 90 day period).
