Join us on Sunday, October 25th from 11am - 1pm, when local certified Forest Therapy & Mindfulness Guide Sam Yingling will be on site to guide participants in this experience right here at Charlotte's Quest Nature Center. This excursion will include gentle breathwork and movement, and will help you become fully immersed in nature, reaping benefits for both body and mind. You will engage all 5 senses, move slowly and quietly, and spend some time with the trees, foliage, and stream, with gentle guidance from Sam. This goal of this experience is to leave you feeling calm, centered, connected, and peaceful. Reserve your spot now: $25/person.
