I came across a 12hr kids yoga training in 2020 and fell in love!I continued my training and received my 95-hour Trauma-Informed Kids Yoga Teacher Training for Children and Adolescents certificate in 2021.That same year I started an annual after-school kids' yoga club in Hartford where I work and try my best to incorporate yoga into the school day.I followed my dream of becoming a yoga instructor and in 2023, I was awarded a 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher & Social-Emotional Learning Facilitator certificate from Breathe for Change.This May I'll be awarded a second 200hr yoga teacher training certificate from Be Yoga Studio!My teaching style is all-levels Hatha yoga, I enjoy being mindful and I like to incorporate modifications and variations.Yoga is a passion and a mission for me; I love to share it with everyone I meet!
