Join us for a community 5K run through the heart of Manchester City Centre, starting and finishing at Kore Studios.

We’ll kick things off at Kore Studios. The first 40 sign-ups will receive an ESPA goodie bag. Followed by an energising warm-up led by Whatemwore. Then we’ll head out together on a relaxed Sunday morning 5K loop. Whether you’re chasing a sub-20-minute time or taking on your very first 5K, our pacers will be there to guide and support every step of the way.

Back at Kore Studios, refuel with an ESPA X KORE smoothie. Stay and soak up the atmosphere with music from our incredible DJ and a laid-back Sunday social with like-minded people.
