MONDAY 28/12, TUESDAY 29/12, WEDNESDAY 30/12 :

6pm - 8:00pm LED BEGINNERS ASHTANGA YOGA CLASS + Meditation + Yoga Talk

There will be 15 min yoga talk and a short 15 min introduction to meditation before each class. You are welcome to stay for a tea and a cake after each class! Those classes need to be booked in advance, they are not included in our regural passes.

Aga Rzekiecka

Aga is a yoga teacher, photographer and a director of Ashtanga Yoga Manchester studio. Her yoga journey began about 10 years ago. Yoga practice has changed her life completely and her intention is to share this practice with others so they can discover the transformative power of it for themselves.

Aga spent three months studying with R. Sharath Jois at the Sri K Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute in Mysore, India. She has also studied and practiced with numerous leading yoga teachers including Nancy Gilgoff, David Swenson, Ray Long, David Williams, Danny Paradise, Basia Lipska and Joey Miles. Aga has completed Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training with David Swenson and Basia Lipska, both direct students of Pattabhi Jois. She continue her asana practice under Donna Southwell guidance. Her influences in Spirituality have come from yoga and Shamanic traditions of Native South Americans. She is a disciple of Mooji who is a direct disciple of Sri Harilal Poonja, the renowned advaita master.

STUDIO LOCATION & CAR PARK DETAILS: 

Our studio is in Manchester city centre, just off Deansgate, next to House of Fraser on 38 King Street West, (M3 2WZ). The cheapest and nearest Euro Car Park is only 3 mins walk from the Studio. It is opposite Salford Train Station on New Bailey Street. You can access this by driving along Bridge Street towards Salford Station, there is a Tesco Express on the right and the car park can be accessed by turning into Browncross Street. Cost is £2.60 for 2 hours or £4.80 for 12 hours.
