This retreat invites you to step out of the rush of daily life and into a slower, sweeter rhythm: one filled with playfulness, ease, intimacy, and renewed aliveness.

Through inquiry, loving touch practices, shared movement, and creative play, couples will explore new ways of attuning,
listening, and tending to the heart of their connection.

This is not couples therapy. This is a playful space where your edges can soften so your connection may expand into co-creative possibilities.


What to Expect: Across the weekend, we weave science, artistry, and embodied exploration into a grounded pathway for relational renewal. Everything is invitational and paced with great care, allowing each couple to choose their own adventure.
