Are you a youth looking to expand your culinary skills and learn more about nutrition? Join us for fun and interactive cooking lessons that will empower you to create delicious and healthy snacks and meals at home!
Our goal is to educate and inspire you to make nutritious food choices and develop valuable cooking skills. Together, we will explore different recipes and techniques that are both easy and safe for beginners & kids who may be home alone. By the end of our program, you will have the knowledge, courage, & confidence to whip up meals that will nourish your body & support your overall wellness.
