• Carefully curated creative arts sessions with seasoned facilitators (Dance Wellness and Creative Movement (Nia, Interplay, Bodyscan/ Soundbath, and more). 
• Several different lodging/pricing options to fit your budget
• All-inclusive price at checkout includes lodging, meals and programming
• Friday Dinner through Sunday Breakfast (5 meals)
• Flexibility to attend only the wellness sessions that are calling to you 
• Opening and Closing circles to deepen intention and reflection
• Freetime to nap, hike, read, journal, swim, rest, Be.

MEALS

Farm-to-Table meals lovingly prepared by Kori Kanayama at Purslane Commons. Seasonal foods in harmony with nature, respecting the innate flavors and goodness of ecologically grown local produce. Adapting time-honored Japanese and Italian approaches to unfussy great food, Blue Zones eating, and the wisdom of Chinese Traditional Medicine to create authentic dishes that nourish and heal you from the inside.
