This one-day workshop will focus on different theoretical and practical themes in supervision. Our trainers will demonstrate and discuss key skills for areas such as building rapport, probing and challenging and providing feedback in both individual and group sessions.How Will I Learn?Sessions take place F2F with a maximum of 8 delegates. Our facilitators utilise a mixture of presentations , group work and experiential learning approaches, to demonstrate and practice. There will be an opportunity to share ideas and experiences.What Will I Learn?By the end of this workshop you will have a deeper understanding of what clinical supervision and support is and why it is relevant.
