You will use materials such as Bamboo Brushes, Sumi Ink and Mineral Paints. Painting Lunar New Year themed topics onto rice paper and finally onto the choice of a rice paper fan or rice paper scroll as you see in the photos here.The duration of this workshop is 2.5 hours and it will be broken down into seperate secions where we will teach you how to paint different topics relating to the lunar new year. Each session begins with a demonstration from local artist Ula Fung. Floating Art is a small independant and local arts business that has been in Manchester for 8 years now. Ula has over 15 years worth of teaching experience in teaching people of all ages and all levels.This workshop is suitable for beginners and up so if you haven't picked up a paint brush since school or you regularly paint in your own time, everybody is welcome to create together.MAKE A DAY OF IT!This Workshop is located at Manchester's trending Foodhall - House Of Social.
