Oakland California's BLUE ZERO mesh dreamy shoegaze and distortion, recalling the Pastels singing over early My Bloody Valentine or Lilly's. Melodies hidden behind dense guitars that shimmer above pulsating drum beats, their debut album Colder Shade Blue deserves repeated listening. This is their first Manchester show and not to be missed.
