Patience keeps our mind stable and peaceful- as stable as a mountain and as peaceful as the depths of an ocean.Everyone is welcome, no experience of meditation is necessary.Gen Kelsang Drolkyi will take over as Resident Teacher of KMC Manchester in April. She is a senior teacher in the New Kadampa Tradition, a Buddhist nun who has taught internationally for over 30 years. Gen Drolkyi has been a dedicated, close disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for many years, receiving ordination from him in 1993.
