8:00 - Ecstatic Dance 💃
9:15 - Sound Healing 🪈
9:30 - Closing Circle 🤝
We'll begin our evening together with a dance lesson on Shuffling*! 🤗
We'll at least cover the two basics: Running Man and T-Stepping! 🤙
* Socks Recommended
Then we'll move into an Ecstatic Dance Wave created by yours truly ☺️
My wave is based on Gabrielle Roth's 5 Rhythms - that is the structure, but the music is my vibe 😉 Playful, Silly, & FUNky 😁
I invite you to bring your Inner Child and let yourself explore and be free! 👼
Lastly, we'll end with a Sound Healing also provided by me 😊
