Tap into your inner flow and express your energy through paint in this 2-hour process painting workshop. Let go of expectations and allow your energy to guide you as you create a painting that reflects what you need to release, explore or manifest. We’ll let our hearts lead the way in this expressive journey.

Many find this creative process a powerful tool for self-expression and stress relief. It’s a safe space to connect with your intuition, gain clarity and experience a deep sense of release and empowerment. No artistic experience necessary – just bring an open heart and a willingness to explore!

We will not be finishing our books, as these 2 hours are simply the starting point into this enjoyable journey. This is not your typical art class with step by step instruction where everyone is creating the same. I have techniques for display and able to show to the class, however what you end up creating is up to you! The joy of playfulness with materials and experimentation.

All art materials are provided, and no art experience is necessary.
