By Mirai x Time Out – The Tuna Edition

On Wednesday, November 27, Time Out Market Bahrain will transform into a culinary stage for a one-night-only experience: Tuna Edition, presented by By Mirai.

The centrepiece of the evening will be a 150 kg wild-caught bluefin tuna flown in from Japan and carved live in the heart of Time Out Market. Leading the experience is Chef Junior, the creative force behind Mirai’s renowned Japanese cuisine.

Guests will enjoy a four course tasting menu crafted from the freshly carved tuna, showcasing Mirai’s signature balance of technique and flavour, followed by Japanese mochi for dessert. A surprise dish will also be revealed during the night to keep the excitement alive.

Drink pairings will be curated by Time Out Market Bahrain, designed to complement each course perfectly. A live DJ will bring rhythm and energy to the night, blending dining with the lively spirit of the Market.

Social seating will immerse guests in the action, creating a shared dining experience around the spectacle of the live carving.
