About the historian: Mr. Daley is a historian and published author. He has been presenting talks on historical topics all over New England for nearly 30 years. He was a history teacher in the Silver Lake Regional School District in Kingston, Massachusetts for 25 years. He holds a B.A. and an M.A. from Bridgewater State University in Political Science and History. He has been involved in several historical organizations both public and private, including the Pembroke Historical Commission and Historical Society as well as the John Alden Historical Site in Duxbury.
