Bethlehem Walk 2025

SPECIAL REGISTRATION INFORMATION: NO REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED FOR WEDNESDAY and THURSDAY (Dec 3-4) (First come first serve). Registrations for Friday-Sunday (Dec 5-7) can be retrieved here on Eventbrite based on availability. For Friday-Sunday (Dec. 5-7), attendees will need to prove pre-registration at parking site for admittance. EVERY GUEST REGARDLESS OF AGE NEEDS AN INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION ON DEC 5-7.

What to Expect - As you enter the City of Bethlehem allow the sights, sounds and smells to carry you to a period of time that changed the world. Expect to be met by Roman soldiers and counted in the census. Journey through the heart of the city to the marketplace that is bustling with activity from over a dozen authentic shops and listen for the rumor of a “king’s” birth from excited townspeople. Continue your journey to the Nativity where a very special baby was born in a stable. Here you can reflect on the blessed birth of Christ – the greatest gift that has ever been given.

Reserve your tickets - Pick your day and time block; time blocks are in 30 minute increments. Tickets are limited to 10 per entry; groups larger than 25, please email us at YmV0aGxlaGVtd2FsayB8IHNhbGVtYmFwdGlzdGNodXJjaCAhIGluZm8= (please note that not all large parties may be able to be accomodated in the same group).

PARKING ARRANGEMENTS: PARKING SITE IS . ALL GUESTS MUST CHECK IN AT THE PARKING LOCATION. Those needing handicap will be redirected at the parking site by our parking team.

Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before your reserved time block. Our time blocks are strategically spaced to limit the amount of cars and traffic which limits your wait time.

Getting to Bethlehem Walk - Park & exit your vehicle immediately and make your way to our shuttle buses. Make sure you have your registration information ready to show the parking attendants before boarding the shuttles. We will scan your registration barcode on your phone or printed paper before you get on the shuttle.

When you arrive at the Bethlehem Walk Site - Proceed to our holding tent where you will be assigned a group number. Please remember you are signed up for a block of time, you may experience wait times in our heated holding tent before your group is called.

• PARKING SITE WILL BE
• Bethlehem Walk is an outside event, dress appropriately. The Walk takes about 45 minutes from start to finish
• If anyone in your group will be using a wheelchair or walker please let us know at the holding tent so we can safely accommodate them.
• We understand things come up and your plans may change, please allow someone else to attend! If you need to release your tickets, log into your Eventbrite account to cancel
