Monthly Reiki Circle!
(no reiki experience required)
Reiki is a spiritual practice founded by Mikao Usui in 1915. This practice helps the body and mind shift into a state of deep relaxation, thereby restoring balance and allowing healing to occur (physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually).
The evening will begin with a short mediation to assist relaxation and set your intention for your Reiki experience. Once the meditation is complete, you will settle into a lying down position to receive hands-on Reiki in a group setting. The evening will conclude with a crystal bowl sound bath, completing the evening’s release and restoration experience.
Please let us know if you have sensitivities to incense or sage. You may also request a comfy chair if lying down isn’t comfortable for you!
Doors will lock at 6:30pm, so please be mindful of time ✨🙏🏼
