5/3 - MBLEx Prep Class - 2 days - 17 hours.
We will cover *Medical Terminology, *A & P, *Kinesiology, *Benefits of Soft Tissue Manipulation, *Client Assessment, Reassessment & Treatment Planning, *Ethics, Boundaries, Law, & Regulations, Guidelines for Professional Practice. **Pathology portion of MBLEx Prep will be covered in the Keeping Clients Safe CE course on 5/4

5/4 - Keeping Clients Safe - Navigating Through Drugs & Diseases
NCBTMB approved - 9 CE course
This class is the science side of massage therapy. As we go through the class, we cover 148 pathologies in alphabetical order, Physical, Mental, & Chemical Stresses, Healing responses & phases, Ice/Heat therapies, Davi's Law, Wolf's Law, and 133 drug classes arranged by class and the body system most commonly used to treat. By the end of class, you will have a fully completed binder to keep as a reference in your workplace to keep your clients and you safe!

5/5 & 5/6 - Advanced Clinical Techniques for Pelvis, Hip, Neck, and Shoulder Dysfunction. NCBTMB approved 16 CE course.
This course is designed to provide massage therapists with an in-depth knowledge and advanced clinical techniques for treating the pelvis, hip, neck and shoulder regions. Understanding the intricacies of these areas are crucial for providing effective therapeutic clinical massage and helping clients to alleviate pain and discomfort through orthopedic/manual therapy. This course covers anatomy and biomechanics of the pelvis, hip, neck and shoulder regions along with assessment, and hands-on techniques to offer your clients a clinical approach to treat pain and dysfunction.

5/5 & 5/6 - 8am - 5pm both days
