Gratitude is an action word. Our meditation will invite you to shift your perspective and view all things through the eyes of gratitude. Meeting your life and each situation with gratitude can be a powerful way to help provide peace in moments of worry and hardship. Once the mediation has ended, you will lie down to relax as the crystal bowl sound bath assists your release of worry and stress, through the vibration and frequency of the sound bowls, helping to reset into a peaceful and relaxed state of being!

All proceeds from this event will be donated to David’s Dream & Believe Cancer Foundation. DD&B is a Beacon of Light in our community and we are grateful for all that they do!
