- **Event Description**: ✨ Full Moon Reiki, Meditation & Sound Bath 🌕✨

Join Colleen Tola Dopkin and Jessica Gahm on Saturday, October 24th at The Reiki and Wellness Center of Manahawkin for an evening of deep grounding, restoration, and release as we gather beneath the Full Moon in Taurus. ♉️🌕

The Full Moon is a powerful time to pause, reflect, and release what no longer serves us.

Taurus brings us back to the body — to grounding, presence, pleasure, stability, and the simple wisdom of slowing down.

🌙 Our practice will include:
✨ Guided meditation to quiet the mind and reconnect with your inner wisdom
✨ Reiki to support energetic balance, grounding, and healing
✨ A soothing sound bath to encourage deep relaxation and integration

Allow yourself to slow down.
Release the weight you’ve been carrying.
Come back into your body.
Make space for peace, steadiness, and renewal.

This Full Moon invites us to consider:

What am I ready to let go of?
Where am I craving more stability?
What would it feel like to truly allow myself to receive?

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, seeking grounding, or simply craving a moment of stillness, this evening is an invitation to come home to yourself.

💫 No experience is necessary — just bring an open heart and a willingness to receive.

We can’t wait to share this beautiful Full Moon evening with you. 🌕💜♉️

We have mats, bolsters, and blankets for you here, but please feel free to bring a pillow, eye mask, or anything else for your comfort!

If you would prefer to use a chair instead of lying down, please respond to your email confirmation and just let us know!

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the event begins to settle into our space. Doors will lock when event begins.
