You will be guided through a deeply restorative practise of Yin Yoga by Melissa, and taken on an elevating sound journey with Christian.Yin Yoga is a slow, soothing and meditative style of practise. All postures are practiced lying on the floor or seated with the support of our yoga props. You can expect a lot of stillness and deep rest.The soundscape created for the experience will be performed live (& intuitively) throughout the Yoga practice, finishing with an extended sound journey whilst guests are resting in their 'final relaxation / savasana'. Christian will be playing a range of world instruments, including Didjeridu, ethnic flutes and overtone singing.Sound frequencies have the power to change the cells in your body, to alter your brain wave state and shift your emotional body.
