3:15 – 3:20 PM – Remarks by IEDA Director Debi Durham
3:20 – 3:25 PM – Closing Remarks by SWINT 
3:25 – 5:30 PM – Open House

This project included an addition to our existing storage shed that now provides SWINT with an office, climate-controlled storage, year-round workspace, a meeting area, restroom, and trailside sitting area.  We plan to hold programming and events from the building, and will also have a bike rental program made possible by Pork Belly Ventures.  The Malvern Depot will also be available for tours during this event.

This investment was made possible by funding from the Iowa Economic Development Authority, Iowa West Foundation, Mills County Community Foundation, and the Malvern Bank.  Many thanks to the Clarinda Methodist Church, Grant and Mary Beth Wiese, Tracy Pfannebecker, Greg Losh, Casey Meyer, Duane Laughlin, Jerry & Becca Laughlin, Racine Flooring, and the Morrison Family & Friends for their in-kind donations.
