All are welcome to this unmounted discussion and hands-on experience! Each session begins with a classroom discussion rooted in the theory of connection, 5 Domains of Equine Wellbeing, and how we can understanding our horses needs will increase health and wellbeing to the horse in service. 

We then move to the arena to better understand equine psychology and motivation, apply the energy scale, learn exercises that encourage engagement, connection, positive movement, and passive leadership with our horses. Two sessions in one day make this opportunity accessible to all!

More Information

14 participant spots will be available per session. Participants will be paired up to work with a horse. 2 sessions are open (AM & PM). Both sessions will follow the same curriculum.
Participants are welcome to come the day before the clinic to help prep their horse. Please contact Emma to sign up! Thorncroft Horses are available for use for all participants and will be assigned the week prior.
