This Full Moon in Gemini invites us to reflect on our inner dialogues and how we communicate with the world. It's a moment to release outdated beliefs, embrace curiosity, and reconnect with our authentic voice. As the final Supermoon of the year, it amplifies our mental energy, encouraging us to seek clarity and share our truths. This is a powerful time to let go of what no longer serves our growth and to realign with our true selves.

We’ll begin with a release ritual, allowing you to let go of what’s holding you back and create space for new intentions. Following this, a guided meditation will help you settle into stillness while Reiki energy flows through the room, supporting your body’s natural restoration. The experience concludes with a soothing sound healing journey using a variety of instruments and frequencies including Shamanic Drumming.

Bookings are essential, as we limit numbers to keep our events intimate and ensure each guest has a meaningful and personal experience.

Sophie – Meditation Facilitator & Crystal Guide

A true Pisces at heart, Sophie blends intuition, empathy, and emotional depth into everything she shares. With a lifelong connection to crystals and over a year of experience facilitating guided meditations, she offers a gentle yet grounded approach to inner work and spiritual growth. Sophie brings a logical approach to spirituality, helping others explore energy and self-awareness in a way that’s both practical and transformative. Passionate about mindset, self-care, and emotional wellbeing, Sophie creates safe, supportive spaces where individuals can reconnect with themselves, shift limiting beliefs, and cultivate inner peace through meditation and crystal energy.
