Guest Speaker: Colonel (Ret) Robert L. Billings served 28 years in the Air Force. He began his career as an Installation Deployment Officer at Offutt AFB, NE. He was then selected to attend navigator training at Pensacola NAS, FL. After completing B-52 training at Barksdale AFB, LA, Colonel Billings was assigned to Barksdale AFB, LA where he served various duties culminating as an instructor navigator. He deployed twice in support of Operation ENDURING FREEDOM, logging over 420 combat hours.
