GONGS BY JULIA invites you to join them for an afternoon in harmonic heaven. 

With the largest collection of Gongs within the East Midlands in attendance (21)! the afternoon is about dissolving into rest. Withdrawing safely from the chaos and taking yourself away and into your own internal landscape. 

Allowing the mind to relax and letting the body dissolve into a void of stillness and peace.

WHAT TO BRING

We highly recommend that this event be experienced while laying on the floor so we advise that you bring something super  thick and comfy to lay on. A yoga mat will not be stuitable.

A pillow.

A quilt or sleeping bag with thick blankets, these items will ensure you are warm during the afternoon .

Warm comfortable clothing and slippers.

Eye masks are provided but you are welcome to bring your own if you should so wish.

Water to drink.

Not under 3 months pregnant

Sound sensitive - urge caution with tinnitus

Meniere's disease - sound sensitive

Epileptic  (Grand Mal)

Severe mental illness (psychosis, schizophrenia, drug dependancy.
