Our First Aid at Work (FAW) course is fully compliant with the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 and is ideal for those who need to be qualified First Aiders in the workplace.
✅Upto 6 hours online learning followed by 2 day classroom learning

📚 Course Content Includes:
• First Aid responsibilities, equipment & accident reporting
• Managing incidents & preventing cross-infection
• Priorities of First Aid
• Adult CPR (Child & infant CPR optional)
• Use of an AED (Defibrillator)
• Choking – Adult (Child & infant optional)
• Unconscious casualty & seizure response
• Wounds, bleeding & shock treatment
• Minor injuries (cuts, grazes, splinters, bruises)
• Recognising & treating:
– Heart attack, stroke, epilepsy, diabetes, asthma
– Chest injuries, eye injuries, burns & scalds
– Poisoning & anaphylaxis
– Bone, muscle & joint injuries
– Head & spinal injuries

• Continuous assessment by the trainer
• Multiple choice final assessment
• FAIB-approved Puzzled Training Certificate (valid for 3 years)
