Come and practice Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra (guided meditation) to help release stress and relax ❤️

Yoga is for everyone and no experience is needed ❤️

The cost is 10 dollars cash or check.

This will be free for active military and veterans ❤️

No registration necessary as all are welcome ❤️

Please bring your favorite blanket and yoga mat 🙏

We have yoga mats if you need to borrow one ❤️
