Price: 180 kr per class (if you wish, extra contributions are welcome)
Student discount: 120 kr, with a valid student ID

About the teacher: 
I started practicing yoga in 2004. Then in 2014 I travelled to India and did my yoga teacher training in beautiful Kerala in Southern India. Ever since then, I have taught classes in India, California, New York, Lund, and now in Malmö. Currently I hold regular classes at Fitness24Seven. If you are a member, you might have already met me there :)

In the summer, I love hosting classes outdoors because I enjoy fresh air and I believe nature has its special healing power. It all started back then when I lived in Del Mar, California. Wonderful memories of yoga on the beach. Now in Sweden, I continue this tradition. A few summers ago, I had great success hosting yoga classes at Statsparken in Lund. This summer my outdoor classes are back! Even better - yoga by the sea! :)
