Whether you're new to UrbanKiz or looking to strengthen your fundamentals, this course will help you develop a better understanding of the flow, technique, and feeling that make UrbanKiz unique.

In this course, we'll work on the core principles of UrbanKiz with a strong focus on connection, body awareness, and clear communication between leader and follower.

The course is divided into different themes to help you gradually build confidence and understanding of the dance.

✨ Improve body control and movement quality.
✨ Learn the foundations of UrbanKiz technique.
✨ Build confidence in leading and following.
✨ Understand the flow and feeling of UrbanKiz.

During the course, we will work on:

• Framing and intention – creating clear connection and communication with your partner

• Movement in space – dance lines, direction, and fundamental steps
