After studying at the Flamenco Workshop with Luisa Karlholm and traveling to Madrid, she moved to Seville in 2007 to immerse herself in the flamenco community. In 2011, she returned to Denmark, performed with artists like Thierry Boisdon and Emil Pernblad, and established the CPH Flamenco Academy. Catherine captivates audiences with her emotional flamenco dancing and collaborates with musicians in classical and pop genres, including Eran DD.
