This New Year’s Eve class offers a gentle and grounding space where you can pause, reflect and arrive fully in the present moment before stepping into a fresh beginning.

✨We move through slow, nourishing Yin postures that help the body unwind and release the tension accumulated throughout the year.

✨The practice continues with a calming meditation designed to settle the nervous system, cultivate gratitude and create a sense of clarity as you welcome the new year.

This class is open to everyone — no previous experience of yoga or meditation is needed.
