A soul sanctuary for your nervous system — these monthly sessions are a sacred pause.

In each gathering, we drop into stillness through deeply restorative yin postures, breath-work, meditative awareness, and gentle spiritual inquiry. A place to reset, soften, and come home to the wisdom of your body and the quiet of your heart.

All levels welcome. All props provided. Just bring your presence — and perhaps someone you love.

? October 31 — Thresholds & Veils: 
this event is held on the sacred threshold of Samhain and All Saints’ Eve — a time when the veils between worlds grow thin. This evening invites you to journey inward and beyond: into the deep stillness of the body and the liminal spaces of the soul.

? November 28 — The Quiet Within: Meditative Stillness & Peace
A luminous evening of inner stillness and peace. As winter approaches, we enter the season of dhyāna — deep meditative absorption. This is a practice of presence, silence, and inward flow.

✨ We’ll weave yin postures with breath-led meditation and long moments of stillness, attuning to peace not as a concept, but as a felt state.
