Are you ready to deepen your Bachata and reconnect with your feminine energy through movement? Join me for a 9-hour Bachata Ladies Course designed to refine your basics, explore beautiful variations, and express yourself with confidence and grace.

?️ Classes will take a place at Torpgatan 21, Malmö (ungdomens hus, sal 11), every Thursday start from Nov 6th at 19:00-20:30. Each class is 1.5 hours for 6 times, once per week every Thursday, totally 9 hours.

What you gonna learn?

Technique, styling, and modifications of the basics—learning how small changes in posture, timing, and energy can completely transform your dance.

Every class, we’ll create a short choreography that blends what we’ve learned. Step by step, these sequences will come together into one complete choreography—our final piece to celebrate your progress and capture on video at the end of the course.

Class 1 – Basic step & Arms
Clean up your fundamentals and add beautiful arm styling to make your basics look elegant and feminine.

Class 2 – Turns & Technique
Improve your balance, posture, and spotting. Learn how to prepare, execute, and finish turns with control and confidence.

Class 3 – Box Step & Variations
Explore the box step in different directions and tempos. Work on flow, transitions, and musicality.

Class 4 – Madrid step & Variations
Discover the circular Madrid movement and how to create smooth, expressive transitions that connect your upper and lower body.

Class 5 – Hips, Waves & Expression
Dive deeper into body movement—hips, curves, and body waves. Learn how to express emotion and confidence through your dance and face.

Class 6 – Full Choreography & Performance
Summarize everything you’ve learned and combine it into one elegant choreography. Focus on confidence, energy, and stage presence as we film our final dance together.

?‍? Your instructor: Lukrecija
Born in Lithuania and now based in Sweden, Lukrecija brings elegance, grace, and fire to every dance floor. A former professional ballroom dancer turned Latin dance enthusiast, she discovered her love for salsa in 2022 under the guidance of world-renowned Cuban instructor Alberto Valdés. Since then, she has performed across Europe, competing and shining in both lady styling and couple shows.
Known for her warmth, radiant smile, and uplifting energy, Lukrecija inspires dancers to connect deeply with the music and express themselves fully.
