Through embodied movement, plant wisdom, breath, creativity, sound, and shared nourishment, we'll create space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with ourselves and the natural world.THE DAYSomatic MovementWe'll begin with gentle, intuitive movement outdoors, inviting you to reconnect with your body's natural rhythms, release tension, and arrive fully in the present moment.Herbal Tea CeremonyMarguerite will guide you through a sensory herbal tea ceremony featuring Damiana, Linden, and Blue Lotus. Each plant will be experienced individually alongside music, mindfulness, self-inquiry, and education about the plants themselves. The ceremony offers a chance to slow down and attune to the subtle intelligence of the plants.Breathwork JourneyJeremy will lead a guided breathwork journey designed to bring awareness into the body, create space for release, and support greater clarity, presence, and connection—always honoring your own pace and experience.Wild Plant Solar PrintingUsing wild-foraged plants and solar paper, you'll create your own botanical prints. This creative practice invites you to slow down, work with the natural world, and simply play.Create Your Own Herbal Tea BlendsYou'll have the opportunity to create personalized caffeine-free herbal tea blends, exploring your intuition and intention as you choose plants that reflect what you're seeking or wishing to support within yourself or others.Organic Lunch & Light BitesWe'll share a nourishing organic lunch and light bites throughout the day, thoughtfully prepared by Jeremy to support and sustain you.Sound BathWe'll close the day with a special sound bath led by Lotem Polat, creating space for deep rest, integration, and stillness.During free time, Lotem will also offer optional donation-based Reiki treatments for anyone who would like to receive some extra care and support.WHAT'S INCLUDEDWelcome mocktail/elixirSomatic movementGuided herbal tea ceremony featuring three plantsGuided breathwork journeyWild-foraged solar paper printingPersonalized herbal tea blendingOrganic lunchLight bites throughout the daySound bathAll materials and suppliesOptional donation-based Reiki during free timeNo previous experience is necessary. This is an intimate retreat with limited space. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can begin on time.WHAT TO BRINGPlease dress comfortably and bring:JournalBlanketEye maskPlease consult with your doctor if you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant, have a medical condition, severe allergy, or are taking any medications.Come as you are.
