Through dialogue, guided reflection, practical tools, and restorative movement, participants will reconnect to themselves, build community, and leave grounded in leadership that honors wholeness and the ancestral power of Black womanhood.Still Whole explores the concept of the glass cliff—the phenomenon in which women, particularly Black women, are elevated to leadership during times of crisis and expected to carry heightened responsibility with limited support, leaving them vulnerable to risk.This experience offers space to slow down, remain present, and reconnect with what sustains, grounding participants in a strategic leadership practice rooted in the enduring wisdom of Black womanhood.About the FacilitatorsRalinda Watts, M.Ed., is a cultural voice and thought leader who creates transformative spaces for dialogue on identity and belonging. She is a writer, speaker, and researcher on the experiences of Black women in the workplace, sports, and schools.Nyla Hassell, ACC is an ICF-credentialed leadership coach trained in healing-centered and somatic practices.
