Join Amanda & Alexandra at The Ridge at Maleny for a gentle yoga and meditation retreat that will take you on a journey into silence and stillness and reward you with a sense of spaciousness and ease.

Stress, anxiety and sense of overwhelm have become so prevalent in our society that we have long forgotten what it feels like to be truly relaxed and at ease. We identify so strongly with our overactive minds that we no longer remember who we are and what brings us joy.

This 4-day/3-night retreat from the outside world will bring you home to yourself. Gentle grounding yoga practices and mindfulness meditation techniques will gradually settle your busy mind and help you to reconnect with your body, your breath and your true nature.

This weekend includes a 24 hour period of silence on Sunday when guests will be asked to refrain from discourse and enjoy time for deep contemplation. A blissful experience not to be missed!
