Draumspaki (Dream Speaker)

We will enter an inward journey, using breath and sound, calling in the ancestors to bring healing through voice and sound. Sound is a great healer. The ancient sounds of our ancestors resonate with our system, allowing us to tap into the elders wisdom we all hold within us.

You will be guided through meditation and breath work to re-align with the stillness and the depths of yourself, and that which brings us closer to awakening the truth within.
